I can tell you from my own experience. All your relatives and friends will tend to compare the both of you, creating sibling rivalry. I am lucky that I am having a boy and a girl and not both of the same sex. We plan to bring them up as 2 individuals and not dress them alike at all. Carrying twins also is another big problem. I just entered my 7th month and already on medical leave. Then of course, there's the expenses- double for everything.
